Information we process
TresorAI processes account information, card scans, collection details, usage records and subscription events needed to provide the service.
Card scans
Scans are private and stored outside the public web root. Temporary scans are deleted according to configured retention periods; images saved to My Trove remain until removed or the account is deleted.
Service providers
We use contracted infrastructure, email, payment, AI-recognition and catalogue providers only where needed to operate TresorAI. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as card details by TresorAI.
Your choices
You may edit or remove collection items and request account-data assistance by contacting privacy@tresorai.net.
